In the course of our centennial celebration, we the involved persons and parties resolve and strive to:
-Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment
-Identify the women and men of Wayne County, Ohio, who played a role in the suffrage movement
-Highlight the importance of the 19th Amendment in the broader context of United States history
-To gather and disseminate relevant information
-Further educate the public through a variety of projects, including: events, publications, and an exhibit
-Preserve and exhibit historically relevant documents and artifacts
AND
-Re-ignite public enthusiasm for the 19th Amendment and encourage historical engagement and exploration
